What is it?

User research is the best way to find out what user think of the things we are creating. We use user research as a way to remove the risk from our projects.

We understand that we are not the user and our opinions are less valuable. We conduct regular user research session to learn about our users, their needs and how they want to user our products or services. We do this by pulling out insights, sharing them with the team and help build consensus for our next steps.

We work to deliver iteratively and use frequent and meaningful user research as a way to have small closed loops.

User research does not:

  • mean we solutionise
  • tell the team what to do
  • look to solve problems
